Spotted: A neighbor's handy little idea for Halloween decor

Isn't this a cute idea? It doesn't get much simpler than dipping your hands in red paint and pressing them against the window. Pretty much leaves anyone having no Halloween decorations without an excuse!

Between this sort of thing, costumes, and pumpkins, this holiday has to be one of the most fun for crafties.
